The Scottish Council on Deafness is the national co-ordinating body for voluntary and statutory organisations, which caters for a wide range of needs of Deaf Sign Language users, deafened, hard of hearing and deafblind people, their families and carers and professionals working with them. We work together to campaign for a better quality of life for deaf people in Scotland.
