£11,600 to enable the effective co-ordination of volunteers to help people from Peer Group Networks to improve their skills, gain confidence and autonomy, improve access to community activities and facilities and mitigate the effects of isolation on vulnerable elderly deaf people.

£13,000 to provide a Drop-In lunch club for Deaf elderly people in the Tendering area and also an open-door service to information and advice for DeafBlind people as well as a communicator guiding.

Essex DeafBlind Clubs, Chelmsford
£12,000 to open DeafBlind clubs throughout Essex in the following areas: Ottesford, Baintree, Colchester, Tendering, Harlow, Epping, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Basildon, Castle Point, Rochford and Maldon.
Volunteers will give 1 to 1 support to DeafBlind people.
