The Jewish Deaf Association is an independent charity providing services for deaf, hearing and hard of hearing people of all denominations. Services include: Hearing people: Sign language classes and practice groups, deaf awareness training, Tinnitus self help group and relaxation courses, resource library, support and link-ups for families with deaf children. Deaf and hard of hearing people: Support services, practical help, counselling and information, Day Centre, vibrant programme of social, educational and cultural activities, youngsters' social lounge, internet café, website. Resource room displaying equipment which visitors can try for themselves whilst receiving professional advice and help in obtaining items needed. Courses for managing hearing loss.
