HDA believes in a world where all deaf and hard of hearing people will take their place as respected and confident members of the wider community, able to access opportunities, make informed choices and achieve their potential.  We maintain a range of services that meet the needs of the deaf community including: Confidential Interpreting Service, Communications Training, Community Development, Information and Advice, Student Support, Children and Young Peoples’ Services, support for students for the transition from college to employment, Residential Service, Mentor Volunteer Project, display, demonstration and purchase of specialist equipment.
